Dear Parents,
I am anticipating a very successful and exciting year as Physical Education Teacher at Golden Hills School. My goal is to help all of your children to be successful in their time with me. I look forward to helping your children improve their physical fitness, sport skill level, and teamwork.
The following guidelines and rules will help your child be successful for the upcoming school year.
1) All students must wear tied or Velcro sneakers. 2) Middle school students are required to wear both a GHS P.E. jersey and shorts (shorts new this year). During the winter sweat shirts and sweat pants will be permissible for the students to wear. 3) All school rules apply. 4) No one will be excused from attending P.E. class without a note from a parent, preferably a doctor. 5) Excessive absences or tardiness will be reflected in your child's grade. 6) The following grading policy will be in effect:
K-3
O=Outstanding S=Satisfactory N=Needs Improvement

A+ = 99% - 100% A = 94% -98% A- = 90% - 93% B+ = 88% - 89% B = 84% - 87% B- = 80% - 83% C+ = 78% - 79% C = 74% - 77% C- = 70% -73% D+ = 68% - 69% D = 64% - 67% D- = 60% - 63% Below 60% = F
