The GHS Leadership Core is a student-run organization dedicated to helping improve our school's community. The Leadership Core has replaced the Student Council of recent years as the student government. Completely managed by middle-school students, the Leadership Core has responsibilities such as running the Snack Shack on Fridays and during sports events at GHS; planning and managing social events such as carnivals, game nights, and dances; and helping the area around our school by doing community service projects. Recent events planned and run by the Leadership Core include the Valentine's Day Grams (which will fund new and fun projects put on by the Leadership Core) and the Middle School's Movie Night.
