Exciting News!!!! Brand New British Soccer Camp is coming to Golden Hills School this summer!

Challenger Sports will be running a week long soccer camp the week of July 12-16th @ Golden Hills School Fields

Challenger Sports employs professional British coaches from the UK who run camps for 3 to 14 year olds. Kids will not only receive coaching on their soccer skills, they will also be given lessons in nutrition and healthy lifestyles but also go through the “Champions of Character” program where they will learn about Respect, Responsibility and Sportsmanship within sports and life.

All children will receive a FREE soccer ball, t-shirt, soccer poster & evaluation PLUS a British soccer jersey if they sign up on-line before May 28th!

This course is designed to introduce Chinese Language and Culture.   The course will provide students with basic proficiency in understanding and pseaking Mandarin.   Students will learn Pinyin, pictorial characters, radicals, greeting, and simple conversation through lectures, games, and songs.   They will develop a basic knowledge of the language.   Students will explore Chinese culture through a variety of hands-on-activities, such as paper folding, paper cutting.   Chinese yo-yo, Chinese calligraphy, etc.   Students will develop an awareness and appreciation of  Chinese culture.

Class Schedule:

June 29th to July 29th

Classes will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am

Registration Fees:

$200 (supplies and workbook included)

For Children Entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade

This program is designed to enrich academic and social skills. Students will be in a relaxed and supportive environment with highly skilled teachers who will motivate students to learn.  The curriculum emphasis will be on math, writing and reading, and will focus on auditory, visual and fine motor skills. Classes will be conducted with small groups, 8 to 10 children, tailored to the individual needs of each child.

Class Schedule:

- Session 1:  June 14th to June 25th
- Session 2:  June 28th to July 9th
- Session 3:  July 12th to July 23th
 
Classes will meet daily from 9:00am to 12:00pm

Registration Fees:

- $500 per session
- Includes $50 non-refundable fee, remainder refundable with two-week notice prior to first class
