Golden Hills School’s Annual Denim & Diamonds celebration and auction on May 4, 2012, is rapidly approaching! The vision for this year’s event is to primarily focus on a fun-filled community event. In order to make this vision a reality, while still raising vital funds, it is important to find Corporate Sponsors, auction item donors, and lots of volunteers.

- Prize Patrol –Solicit and secure sponsors, donors, auction items, in-kind services, advertising, etc.
- Decorating/Volunteers Committee –Event Set-Up and Tear-Down, Auction Spotters, and supervise class projects and baskets.
- Marketing/Publicity/Public Relations/Print Committee – Communicate with local media before and after the event, and promote the event throughout the local community.
- Reservations/Check-In & Out Committee –Registration table at the auction, assist with Auction & Raffle Prize check-out.
- Beverage & Dessert Committee –Secure donations of desserts, beer, wine, margaritas, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Logistics Committee –Assist with the important details necessary for a successful event such as parking, audio/visual/electric, first-aid, licenses, etc.
